How Pocket Landlord works
Pocket Landlord is a simulation where you build apartments, decorate their rooms and fill them with tenants. You find tenants, collect their rent and use the coins you earn to build more apartments, lofts and villas. Your goal is to grow the best town you can.
Each room can be furnished with a wide range of furniture and its walls and floors can be painted in any colour. Tenants can bring their pets, which include dogs, cats and bunnies. As your town grows you can also open businesses such as a café, a gym and a karaoke bar.
The game shifts between decorating and expanding. Levelling up unlocks new neighbourhoods, so each stage of growth opens more space to build in.
