How Push the Patient works
Push the Patient is a Roblox obby and platformer in which you push a rolling hospital bed, with the patient still in it, out of the hospital. The route runs through an obstacle course of pills, rails and huge drops. The patient has no idea where he is being taken, which gives the run a comic tone.
The goal is to get the patient to the end of the course in one piece. The bed can crash, so each run depends on careful pushing and steering through the hazards.
The main difference is the two-player duo mode. One player pushes and brakes while the other lies in the bed and steers. The roles can be swapped at any time during a run, so the pair has to coordinate their movement the whole way.

Push the Patient upgrades and progression
- Airplane BedAn optional bed with wings, a propeller and a tiny fuel tank. Hold R (Y on gamepad, the FLY button on mobile) to take off and climb. Let go to glide, since the wings keep the bed in the air. Touching down never breaks the bed.
- Rainbow BedAn optional glowing bed that cycles through the colors of the rainbow as it moves. It gives +25% top speed and is described as the best hill climber among the beds. It is kept permanently and can be selected at any time from the bed shop.

- Scream and crash together with a friend in duo mode, since both players share the same run.
- Swap places between pusher and passenger at any time to handle different parts of the course.
- Hold R on the Airplane Bed to take off, and let go once you are in the air to glide.
- Expect a hard landing to be safe on the Airplane Bed, since touching down does not break it.
- Choose the Rainbow Bed if you want the highest top speed and the best climbing on hills.
