How PERIPHERAL works
In PERIPHERAL you wake up in an abandoned facility and must restore its power. You find fuses and restart all three generators, then find the key, remember the code and escape before the creature finds you.
The facility is different every match because the map is generated each time, so you cannot rely on memorized routes. Bad fuses and sloppy repairs make the power fail sooner, so each repair matters.
What sets the game apart is the creature. It does not chase you all the time. It watches and waits for a good moment, retreats when you look back, and loses patience if you stare at it too long. When the last generator turns on, the lights turn red and the hunt begins.
