Gameplay
How PACKED WITH CARE works
In PACKED WITH CARE you run a small online shop from a spare room that you inherit from Grandma June. Each round starts with an order from a customer who has their own story. You pick the items they asked for and arrange them in a box, then choose the wrapping paper, crinkle filler, and box colors. You can also tuck in treats and freebies, which some customers may notice. Ship the order before its deadline, then read the customer's thank-you message and reply.
Your aim is to turn the room into an online shop that customers enjoy using. The game tracks your shop rating, and a higher rating unlocks VIP customers. You can also restock, upgrade, and decorate the shop as you go.
The game stands out for its customer stories. There are over 170 of them, ranging from sweet and funny to a little sad. Some regulars return with storylines that continue over time. The game uses pixel art, lofi music, and a dark mode option.
