How Handyman: Build & Rent works
Handyman: Build & Rent is a Roblox simulation game about building houses by hand and renting them out. You talk to tenants on Willow Street and make a deal, then build the house yourself, brick by brick. After that you plaster, fix and renovate it until it is finished.
Once a building is finished, you hand the keys to a tenant and it earns passive rent income. Your goal is to use that income to build the next house, grow your street, and go from a handyman to a rich landlord.
The game differs from many tycoon games because you do the real work. Bricklaying and plastering are done by hand rather than with instant buttons.
