How Carve Wood works
The core loop in Carve Wood is to grow rare trees on your lumber yard, cut them down for their wood, and carve that wood into logs. You then sell the logs to customers.
Your yard grows trees offline, so progress continues while you are away from the game. You can also hire workers who work for you as your business grows.
The game offers tools that change how the yard runs. An Auto Lathe carves wood for you instantly, though less precisely. A Paintbrush brings customers to your store more often and lets you color your barn.
