Gameplay
How Word Battle works
In Word Battle, each turn gives you a letter and asks you to type a word that starts with it. The game holds more than five million words, so there is plenty to choose from. Words cannot be repeated during a match, so each turn needs a new one.
Your aim is to avoid losing. If you lose, you are launched out of your chair. You can play against an opponent or solo when no opponent is available, and you can use boosts to get more thinking time. Results count toward the global leaderboards.
The game supports English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Indonesian, with more languages planned. It is in beta, so bugs and major changes are expected, and players can report problems in the game or through the group forum.
